Last Sunday our neighborhood had a parade and activities. The kids all got dressed up in their costumes and "paraded" down to the pool parking lot. The little ones brought up the rear of the parade.
Scott and Connor with our friends Trevor and Oscar. Trevor and Connor are the same age and in daycare together. They live just a couple houses down the street.
Connor was dying to go down the slide, so Scott obliged. The slide was super-steep, so Connor couldn't ride alone. I wish I could blow the picure up to show their expressions- Connor's is pure excitement, Scott's is pure terror.
On Wednesday night we carved our pumpkins. Before we put Connor to bed we had him help clean out the pumpkins. He was apprehensive at first, but very quickly got into it!
"Whatcha doin' Daddy?"
Ohhhh, it's squishy and messy...just Connor's style
Look at this! A seed!!
The final outcome - Scott's on the right, mine on the left
On Thursday we had a "Harvest Festival" at both church and daycare. Here are some shots of our turtle playing a couple fun games. But only at daycare, when we were at church he refused to put his costume on.

And, phew! Finally we made it to Halloween night! We met our neighbors and hit a few houses together. The kids were absolutely priceless, as you can tell in the pics.
