Recovery

Christie is a rock star patient and recovering quickly.  The morphine button which she can push every 10 minutes has helped!  The day after surgery she walked a short loop around the hospital ward with a walker and the nurse and myself following closely behind.  There were tubes, wires, bags, and other medical gadgets everywhere.   Today she is free of most of those items and has rid herself of the glamorous hospital gown. She is feeling much better only three days post surgery.  

If everything looks good and she continues to do well, she will come home this weekend.  The kids are looking forward to getting Mommy back home.  Thanks for your continued support and prayers.
